1. Definitions & about us
Cats Play Toy ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under SSM Registration No. 202403164862 (PG0557784-P), operating from No. 21, Jalan BS 3/3, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. We sell toys for children through our website ("the site"). "You" means anyone who browses the site or places an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We may also change prices on the site at any time; this will never affect an order you've already placed.
3. Stock availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered turns out to be out of stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a substitute, backorder, or full refund.
4. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment already made.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by matters outside our control, such as courier delays.
7. Age & safety
Our toys are intended for the age ranges stated on each product page. Please supervise children during play, particularly with small parts, batteries, and electronic components, and keep packaging away from young children.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Cats Play Toy name and mascot — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cats Play Toy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
