What's the minimum order for bulk pricing?
20 pieces in total. Below that, you're welcome to order at normal prices from the shop.
Can I mix and match different toys?
Yes. The 20 pieces can be any mix of toys, colours and variants — your discount tier is based on the total quantity.
Can you do custom packing or labels?
Tell us what you have in mind — goodie bags, thank-you tags, name labels — in the notes when you send your enquiry. We'll confirm on WhatsApp what we can do, and any extra cost, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Delivery then takes about 5 business days in West Malaysia and 14 business days in East Malaysia. Large quantities can take longer, so tell us your needed-by date and we'll confirm a dispatch date with your quote.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes — every bulk order comes with an invoice in your business or organisation's name, suitable for claims and your own records.
