Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia, and delivered by J&T Express. We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only — international shipping is not yet available, but we hope to offer it in future.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to J&T Express within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. We pack orders Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00, Malaysia Time (MYT, GMT+8); we're closed Sundays and Malaysian public holidays, so orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• West Malaysia: approximately 5 business days after dispatch.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): approximately 14 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates shown at checkout, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally be delayed by courier volume, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping fees

• West Malaysia: RM8.00 per order, free on orders over RM50.00.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): flat RM20.00 per order.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery state.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the J&T Express website or app.
