Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3–7 business days after processing.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of RM15 for standard shipping across Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak).

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Malaysia only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yes, all our toys are selected for safety and durability. We recommend adult supervision for younger children.
