We offer Flat Rate Shipping for all orders to keep things simple for our customers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We take great care in packing your items. However, if you receive a damaged parcel, we require specific proof to process a replacement or refund:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim for damages, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show:
The unopened package and the shipping label.
The process of opening the parcel.
The specific damage to the product.
Without a valid unboxing video, we unfortunately cannot entertain claims for damage or missing items.
