Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship to all states in Malaysia including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

• Standard Shipping: RM15 flat rate
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries in the European Union. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

• Western EU: RM95 – estimated 14–21 business days
• Southern EU / Nordic EU: RM100 – estimated 14–21 business days
• Eastern EU: RM110 – estimated 14–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
